Essential oils are so much more than a lovely scent in a diffuser. In this hands-on workshop, you'll discover their multitude of everyday uses, and go deeper — including how they work directly with the limbic system, and how I've personally used them to support myself through anxiety and stress. We'll also explore how oils support us within a Reiki session as we move through emotion.

You'll be guided through the fundamentals of blending, then create your own bespoke Purefume to take home — a blend built not just to smell good, but to work with you, and entirely yours
